NLRC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,291 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBP4, RCSD1, and SASH3. Each is linked with NLRC3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRC3-to-partner and partner-to-NLRC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLRC3 versus GBP4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
