NLRC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLRC3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, 4E-BP1, and ASNS. Each is linked with NLRC3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRC3-to-partner and partner-to-NLRC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by NLRC3-low versus NLRC3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLRC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLRC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
