Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLRC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,021 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLRC3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport, Regulation of organelle assembly, and Regulation of cilium assembly. Each is linked with NLRC3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLRC3-to-partner and partner-to-NLRC3 results are reported.
