Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NLN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NLN data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher NLN Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NLN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where NLN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
