NLK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,020 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KHSRP_S181, SUGP2, and GIT1. Each is linked with NLK in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLK-to-partner and partner-to-NLK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLK versus KHSRP_S181 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLK→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
