Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,385 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Stress granule assembly, Heterochromatin formation, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with NLK in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLK-to-partner and partner-to-NLK results are reported.
