Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NLK-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIRPD, TNP1, and H2BW1. Each is linked with NLK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLK-to-partner and partner-to-NLK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIRPD grouped by NLK-low versus NLK-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLK→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
