The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher NLGN4Y mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NLGN4Y expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
GBM are the cancer types where NLGN4Y mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
