NLGN4Y

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLGN4Y RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,884 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLGN4Y-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sequestering of actin monomers, Negative regulation of vasculature development, and Response to BMP. Each is linked with NLGN4Y in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLGN4Y-to-partner and partner-to-NLGN4Y results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLGN4Y→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLGN4Y) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
