Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLGN4Y protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 989 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NLGN4Y-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS1, XBP1, and C14orf93. Each is linked with NLGN4Y in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLGN4Y-to-partner and partner-to-NLGN4Y results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLGN4Y versus LGALS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLGN4Y→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLGN4Y) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
