Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLGN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,275 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLGN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein polyglycylation, Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transport, and Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic. Each is linked with NLGN3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLGN3-to-partner and partner-to-NLGN3 results are reported.
