Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLGN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,663 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NLGN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRE5, ITGB2, and MARCO. Each is linked with NLGN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLGN2-to-partner and partner-to-NLGN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLGN2 versus ADGRE5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.87.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLGN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLGN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
