NLGN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLGN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLGN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, MSH6, and Notch1. Each is linked with NLGN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLGN2-to-partner and partner-to-NLGN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by NLGN2-low versus NLGN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLGN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLGN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
