Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLGN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,836 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NLGN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of respiratory gaseous exchange by nervous system process, Postsynaptic density protein 95 clustering, and Regulation of translation at synapse, modulating synaptic transmission. Each is linked with NLGN2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLGN2-to-partner and partner-to-NLGN2 results are reported.
