Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NLGN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,003 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NLGN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPECC1L, SNRPD3, and PES1. Each is linked with NLGN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLGN1-to-partner and partner-to-NLGN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NLGN1 versus SPECC1L in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NLGN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NLGN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
