Across TCGA cell cohorts, NLGN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,645 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NLGN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of circadian sleep/wake cycle, wakefulness, Positive regulation of circadian sleep/wake cycle, wakefulness, and Regulation of neuromuscular synaptic transmission. Each is linked with NLGN1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NLGN1-to-partner and partner-to-NLGN1 results are reported.
