NKTR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NKTR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 526 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKTR-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYDC1, GCAT, and CBY1. Each is linked with NKTR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKTR-to-partner and partner-to-NKTR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PYDC1 grouped by NKTR-low versus NKTR-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKTR→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKTR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
