Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKRF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,296 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKRF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL4B, HCFC1, and PHF6. Each is linked with NKRF in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKRF-to-partner and partner-to-NKRF results are reported.
