NKRF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKRF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,385 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKRF-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM8A, DKC1, and SLC25A5. Each is linked with NKRF in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKRF-to-partner and partner-to-NKRF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKRF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKRF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
