NKIRAS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKIRAS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,879 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKIRAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RALGAPA2, RALGAPA1, and FITM2. Each is linked with NKIRAS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKIRAS2-to-partner and partner-to-NKIRAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NKIRAS2 versus RALGAPA2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKIRAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKIRAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
