Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,182 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCL_S290, MFAP2, and MMP2. Each is linked with NKD2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKD2-to-partner and partner-to-NKD2 results are reported.
