Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 267 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NKD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM23, MIB1, and RABAC1. Each is linked with NKD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKD2-to-partner and partner-to-NKD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NKD2 versus RBM23 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
