NKD2

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NKD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,925 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC12A7, ZDHHC11B, and LRFN1. Each is linked with NKD2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKD2-to-partner and partner-to-NKD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NKD2 versus SLC12A7 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
