NKD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NKD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB3, SIX6, and AKR1B15. Each is linked with NKD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKD2-to-partner and partner-to-NKD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB3 grouped by NKD2-low versus NKD2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
