NKAPD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKAPD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,636 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKAPD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRE11, RNF214, and RAD50. Each is linked with NKAPD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKAPD1-to-partner and partner-to-NKAPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NKAPD1 versus MRE11 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKAPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKAPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
