NKAPD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKAPD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,925 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKAPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR188, RN7SKP151, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with NKAPD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKAPD1-to-partner and partner-to-NKAPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR188 grouped by NKAPD1-low versus NKAPD1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKAPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKAPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
