Across TCGA cell cohorts, NKAPD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,389 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKAPD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ether catabolic process, Glycerol ether catabolic process, and Platelet activating factor catabolic process. Each is linked with NKAPD1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKAPD1-to-partner and partner-to-NKAPD1 results are reported.
