NKAPD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NKAPD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 507 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKAPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGA1, DEPDC5, and DNAL4. Each is linked with NKAPD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKAPD1-to-partner and partner-to-NKAPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GGA1 grouped by NKAPD1-low versus NKAPD1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKAPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKAPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
