NKAIN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKAIN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,137 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKAIN4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SULF1, AFAP1, and ITGAV. Each is linked with NKAIN4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKAIN4-to-partner and partner-to-NKAIN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NKAIN4 versus SULF1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKAIN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKAIN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
