NIT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,506 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEDD, MTX1, and VPS72. Each is linked with NIT1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIT1-to-partner and partner-to-NIT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIT1 versus DEDD in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
