Across TCGA cell cohorts, NIT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,862 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi organization, Process utilizing autophagic mechanism, and Autophagy. Each is linked with NIT1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIT1-to-partner and partner-to-NIT1 results are reported.
