Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NISCH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,736 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NISCH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, AGO1, and APPL1. Each is linked with NISCH in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NISCH-to-partner and partner-to-NISCH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NISCH versus RPL5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NISCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→NISCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
