Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NISCH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,836 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NISCH-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADH1B, SEPTIN4, and C7. Each is linked with NISCH in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NISCH-to-partner and partner-to-NISCH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NISCH versus ADH1B in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NISCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→NISCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
