Across TCGA cell cohorts, NISCH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,685 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NISCH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, Microtubule nucleation, and Microtubule polymerization or depolymerization. Each is linked with NISCH in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NISCH-to-partner and partner-to-NISCH results are reported.
