Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NISCH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,354 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NISCH-associated genes across cancer lineages are LY6G6F, C20orf85, and RAD51AP1. Each is linked with NISCH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NISCH-to-partner and partner-to-NISCH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LY6G6F grouped by NISCH-low versus NISCH-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NISCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→NISCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
