The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher NIPSNAP3B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NIPSNAP3B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LIHC, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where NIPSNAP3B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
