Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIPSNAP3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 157 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NIPSNAP3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3713, RN7SL708P, and BORCS7-ASMT. Each is linked with NIPSNAP3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPSNAP3A-to-partner and partner-to-NIPSNAP3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3713 grouped by NIPSNAP3A-low versus NIPSNAP3A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPSNAP3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPSNAP3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
