NIPSNAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIPSNAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,104 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIPSNAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CHCHD2, NUDCD3, and PLCG2. Each is linked with NIPSNAP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPSNAP2-to-partner and partner-to-NIPSNAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIPSNAP2 versus CHCHD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPSNAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPSNAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
