Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIPSNAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,152 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NIPSNAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUMF2, CD3G, and RTKN2. Each is linked with NIPSNAP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPSNAP2-to-partner and partner-to-NIPSNAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIPSNAP2 versus SUMF2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPSNAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPSNAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
