Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIPSNAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIPSNAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, FoxM1, and SF2. Each is linked with NIPSNAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPSNAP2-to-partner and partner-to-NIPSNAP2 results are reported.
