Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIPSNAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,641 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NIPSNAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are THOC5, ACO2, and KCNJ8. Each is linked with NIPSNAP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPSNAP1-to-partner and partner-to-NIPSNAP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPSNAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPSNAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
