Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIPBL protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 29,521 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NIPBL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAG2, UBR5, and NIPBL_T735. Each is linked with NIPBL in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPBL-to-partner and partner-to-NIPBL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIPBL versus STAG2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPBL→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPBL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
