Across TCGA cell cohorts, NIPBL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,539 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIPBL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Replication-born double-strand break repair via sister chromatid exchange, Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, and Establishment of sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with NIPBL in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPBL-to-partner and partner-to-NIPBL results are reported.
