Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NIPBL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,111 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NIPBL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERINC4, GCAT, and TEX44. Each is linked with NIPBL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPBL-to-partner and partner-to-NIPBL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERINC4 grouped by NIPBL-low versus NIPBL-high in STOMACH.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPBL→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPBL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
