NIPAL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIPAL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,606 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIPAL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HID1, ARFGEF3_S1991, and BICD2_S823. Each is linked with NIPAL4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPAL4-to-partner and partner-to-NIPAL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIPAL4 versus HID1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPAL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPAL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
