Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIPAL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 159 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NIPAL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOXA3, HYAL4, and PRSS16. Each is linked with NIPAL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPAL4-to-partner and partner-to-NIPAL4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIPAL4 versus HOXA3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.79.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPAL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPAL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
