Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NIPAL4 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NIPAL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Mirin, 150412, and GW-2580. Each is linked with NIPAL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPAL4-to-partner and partner-to-NIPAL4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mirin grouped by NIPAL4-low versus NIPAL4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPAL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPAL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
