NIPAL3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIPAL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,991 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIPAL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLPP2, RAB11FIP4, and TMEM129. Each is linked with NIPAL3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPAL3-to-partner and partner-to-NIPAL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIPAL3 versus PLPP2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPAL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPAL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
