NIPAL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NIPAL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,291 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIPAL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are STPG1, RCAN3, and BSDC1. Each is linked with NIPAL3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPAL3-to-partner and partner-to-NIPAL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIPAL3 versus STPG1 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPAL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPAL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
