NIPAL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIPAL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,793 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIPAL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DLG1, CTNNA1, and LIN7C. Each is linked with NIPAL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPAL2-to-partner and partner-to-NIPAL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIPAL2 versus DLG1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
